Cima is the management accounting professional body.  The full exams are equated at MBA level. They can be attempted as external student member. Though, you’d need to be registered as an institute student member. Entry qualifications aren’t set.  Some exemptions might be permitted. Though, don’t count on it.  BA 1, BA2, BA3 and BA4 exams and textbooks might cost as little as a grand, and a half.

The smell, a bit like roasted coffee and burnt toast “tobacco”.

HgO, natural mercuric oxide.  Calomel is typical name used.  The stuff of Mad Hatter fame.  It releases it’s oxygen, at temperatures just above room temperature.. it received mention to me in 1989s.

NHS started me smoking, when I tried reporting attempted murders in 1990s. Well, historic. 

Report to police, HM Customs, or MI5?  It’s more obvious than dealers think.  But, one smoke can sometimes kill? It’s all about chemistry.

I think Tories had a good approach to Money Markets, general public too. I’d not be surprised if that caused economic frighteners?
